Events is the flexible conference and event management system from Avon Data Systems. It facilitates scheduling, monitoring and billing of a range of activities, from a simple half-hour beauty session to a complex personal celebration or business meeting.
Flexible Reservations
Events is an effective, precise method of planning different reservations. Rooms can be booked for any length of time, from 15 minutes to multiple days. Reservations can also be repeated automatically for regular events.
Event Management
You can customise Exec-Online to suit your particular needs. Images of your rooms and user-configurable text and colours will give the system a personal look and feel to blend in with the rest of your website.
Flexible Rates and Packages
Each reservation has its own scheduler to plan tasks to be done before, and during, the event. Standard staff tasks can be created and assigned to any department, such as kitchen or housekeeping.
Total Integration
Events has been designed to interface with Hotel Executive (our PMS) and Banquet (our EPOS). This timesaving integration gives you the ability to check-out hotel bedrooms to an event account, and vice versa. Banquet EPOS automatically posts charges for food and drink items onto a main event account, ensuring that each and every sale is accounted for.
