We are delighted to welcome two new members of staff to our team in customer support roles.

Sannah Mundy and Damian Migocki, both part of the customer service team, joined us in March and bring with them a wealth of industry experience.

Responsible for supporting customers with channel management set up and integration with booking agents as well as helping with general enquiries, Sannah is a key point of contact for customers. She liaises with online travel agents such as Booking.com and Expedia on customers’ behalf and provides advice regarding ongoing system maintenance.

Having worked at Bristol City Council as a coordinator and before that eight years at MyUK.Travel as sales and support manager, Sannah has extensive knowledge of the hospitality sector together with experience gained in customer support roles.

Sannah lives in Bristol and has a five-year old daughter.

Commenting on her role, she says: “I absolutely love speaking to our customers – it’s great getting to know them and their businesses which are all so different.”

Damian’s skills lie in the technical support area - he undertakes system updates and, with his previous experience in hotel management, has first-hand expertise in all aspects of running a hotel including rate management and accounting.

He joins the business having spent 11 years in a range of hotel and hospitality roles as deputy general manager. His experience includes working at Lyncombe Lodge, Somerset, Oakley Lodge in Cambridge and several larger hotels in Ireland.

Reflecting on his new role, Damian says: “I’m enjoying the range of work I’m doing at Avon Data; it’s helpful that I understand the issues that our customers face as I’ve been in their position so understand the day to day business needs.”

Damian lives Bristol having re-located from Frome to take the role at Avon Data.
